Required Experience
- 5+ years in fine dining management—you’ve run serious rooms, and it shows.
- Deep food and wine knowledge—from tasting notes to perfect pairings.
- POS & Systems Savvy—Micros, OpenTable, Microsoft Office—second nature to you.
- Team Builder—you hire sharp, train hard, and retain the best.
- Strong Operational Grip—inventory, labor, costs—you run a tight ship.
- Longevity and Growth—your résumé shows commitment, not job-hopping.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the floor with confidence, polish, and presence.
- Drive execution, from pre-shift to final check.
- Uphold systems, service, and standards with precision.
- Partner with the GM to hit—and beat—operational and financial targets.
- Inspire a team that takes pride in every plate, pour, and guest experience.
