Join a respected, high-volume restaurant in the heart of Tampa, part of a renowned hospitality group known for culinary excellence, hospitality, and culture. We're seeking a passionate and polished General Manager ready to lead a talented team and deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all daily operations and ensure top-tier guest service in a high-end, full-service restaurant.
- Oversee and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve excellence.
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, labor, P&L, and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership on events, marketing, and community initiatives.
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and labor compliance standards while protecting the brand image.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of recent General Manager or senior leadership experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants.
- Proven success leading FOH and BOH teams in $5M–$6M sales environments.
- Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine preferred.
- Strong background in P&L, labor management, and inventory controls.
- Familiarity with Compeat and Toast POS is highly desired.
- Professional and hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with special events, catering, or outdoor dining is a plus.
