Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of current experience in full-service restaurant management
• Proven leadership experience in high-volume operations ($12M+ annual sales)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• History of positive career progression with no steps back in leadership roles
• Hands-on leadership approach with strong front and back-of-house collaboration
• Experience managing inventory, ordering, and operational execution
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Team-oriented and outgoing work ethic with the ability to lead by example
• Passion for mentoring and developing staff while holding them accountable
• Desire for long-term career growth within a reputable hospitality brand
