We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for one of Florida’s most beloved restaurant groups. This high-volume, upscale concept is very well established and offers fantastic upward mobility. If you are a polished leader looking for a great opportunity, we want to speak with you!!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- The ability to facilitate productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to achieve success
- Must bring positivity, high-energy and good ideas
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Upscale Casual/Fine Dining Management role
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Daily operations across both the front and back of the house, focusing on consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in ordering, inventory, and product management
- Hands-on and outgoing work ethic
- Develop and mentor team, holding staff to standards and accountability
- Desire to grow within the company
