Join a high-energy, scratch-kitchen restaurant and bar located in one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, enforce high standards, and drive execution in a fast-paced, systems-driven kitchen.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or CDC experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Proven track record of leading a structured, systems-focused kitchen environment

• Strong skills in food and labor cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency

• Hands-on leadership style with experience training, managing, and holding kitchen teams accountable

• Deep understanding of scratch cooking operations, food safety protocols, and kitchen compliance standards

• Proficient in POS and kitchen management software, with the ability to drive consistency and results across shifts
