What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5+ years leading multiple fast casual (or similar) units
- A track record of developing powerhouse GMs and teams
- Sharp P&L skills, SOP know-how, and operational excellence across locations
- Hands-on leadership with the hustle to match + NSO experience
Bonus Points If You’ve Got:
- Experience in catering, food trucks, or third-party delivery
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving change
