Southeast Territory Director of Operations Responsibilities Include:
- Being at the helm of a team dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for our employees and guests!
- Cultivating a culture of customer-focused hospitality, where everyone feels like a friend!
- Developing team members for success while honing your own leadership skills!
- Ensuring all staff members are well-versed in food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profitability!
- Providing guidance and unwavering support to a team of District Managers, all while aligning with our company culture and goals!
- Overseeing a diverse range of locations, encompassing both franchise and corporate units across the Midwest territory!
Southeast Territory Director of Operations Qualifications Include:
- To thrive in this role, you should bring a gregarious personality that thrives on interpersonal interaction and teamwork!
- A strong passion for leading teams and nurturing a positive and creative team culture.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role!
- Current Serv Safe Certification!
- Proficiency in financial profit and loss management!
- Previous experience in budget creation and management!
- A Bachelor's in Business or related field!
- Ability to travel extensively through the regions!
