Now Hiring: Executive Sous Chef | Premier Hotel Culinary Leadership Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Executive Sous Chef to help lead back-of-house operations at one of the region’s top hospitality destinations.

This is a standout opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, guest-focused F&B program within a high-volume, upscale hotel environment.


The Opportunity:

As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Executive Chef—overseeing daily kitchen operations, mentoring the culinary team, and driving consistency and innovation across all outlets, including banquets, in-room dining, and multiple a la carte concepts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen staff with a focus on accountability, development, and performance
  • Ensure flawless execution and consistency in all culinary offerings
  • Collaborate on seasonal menu development, plating, and presentation
  • Maintain food and labor cost targets; manage P&L performance and inventory systems
  • Drive sanitation, safety, and compliance with all health codes and hotel standards
  • Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure a cohesive guest experience
  • Step in seamlessly during the Executive Chef’s absence to maintain continuity of leadership

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership, with at least 2 years as an Executive Sous Chef in an upscale hotel or high-volume restaurant setting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of banquet production, multi-outlet operations, and kitchen systems
  • Proven track record in food and labor cost control
  • A passion for hospitality and a hands-on, team-first mentality
