Are you a solid line cook or kitchen supervisor ready to take the next step in your culinary career?
We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at our New Hope location — someone who’s hungry to grow, passionate about food, and ready to lead with purpose.
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000/year
Schedule: 40–45 hour work week | 5 days a week
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Take a leadership role during service to ensure consistency, quality, and execution
- Help train and mentor kitchen staff
- Uphold high standards for sanitation, safety, and food presentation
- Contribute to menu development and creative specials
- Foster a team culture that delivers memorable guest experiences
What You Bring:
- Strong experience on the line in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a big plus
- Passion for upscale or fine dining cuisine and refined cooking techniques
- A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing culinary team
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
