Join a premier Boutique Hotel Property in Washington, D.C. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Hotel Operations to oversee and elevate all aspects of hotel performance including Food & Beverage.
Director of Hotel Operations Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary of $90 – $100k

Director of Hotel Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel operations experience in a leadership role
- Proven expertise across Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and / or Conference/Event Services
- Demonstrated ability to lead day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on service quality and staff performance
- Must be available to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong operational problem-solving skills and comfort navigating high-pressure, guest-facing situations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads
Director of Hotel Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience at a conference center or union property
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera PMS and Delphi
- Background in service training or staff development
- Prior roles as Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or similar multi-department oversight positions
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus
