We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with:
- 3+ years experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Sales volume $7 Million+
- Upscale dining experience preferred
- Steady tenure
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
- Control costs and achieve financial results
