Bar Manager – Bradenton Beach, FL

Bar Manager Benefits and Compensation:
• Base salary: $55,000–$60,000/year
• Bonus program

Bar Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong leadership with the ability to build culture, coach staff, and maintain a positive, team-first atmosphere
• Confident handling restaurant admin: scheduling, ordering, inventory, and managing to prime costs
• Solid understanding of cost controls and basic P&L knowledge
• Willingness to lead both bar and floor operations to ensure smooth service throughout the restaurant
Bar Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Familiarity with the Bradenton or Bradenton Beach area
• TIPs certification or equivalent alcohol service credential
• Upbeat, outgoing personality who thrives in guest-facing, high-energy environments
