What You’ll Do

  • Perform high-quality jewelry repairs and stone setting services
  • Handle sizing, polishing, and routine maintenance on fine jewelry
  • Collaborate with our Master Goldsmith in a custom-designed workspace
  • Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and care
  • Ensure timely completion of work to support our five-star shopping experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in jewelry repair and stone setting
  • Strong working knowledge of jeweler’s tools, machines, and equipment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent hand skills and precision
  • Reliable, collaborative, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
