What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality jewelry repairs and stone setting services
Handle sizing, polishing, and routine maintenance on fine jewelry
Collaborate with our Master Goldsmith in a custom-designed workspace
Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and care
Ensure timely completion of work to support our five-star shopping experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in jewelry repair and stone setting
Strong working knowledge of jeweler’s tools, machines, and equipment
Detail-oriented with excellent hand skills and precision
Reliable, collaborative, and customer-focused
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
