Business Development Sales Representative – Industrial Operations

An established, high-volume industrial operation in the Fort Worth area is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative

Business Development Benefits and Compensation:

  • $60,000-$75,000 salary plus bonus

Business Development Requirements & Qualifications

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with landscape companies and industry partners throughout the Fort Worth area
  • Drive business development by identifying leads, pursuing opportunities, and closing new accounts
  • Represent at local trade shows, industry events, and roofing/construction conferences to expand brand presence

Business Development Preferred Background & Skills

  • Background in a landscape industry
  • Driven, independent, and highly self-motivated—someone who thrives in the field and takes initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and influence across diverse customer segments
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for local travel
