We are looking for a Revenue Manager with experience in hotels and hospitality. Candidates must have experience working with multiple properties, setting prices from luxury hotels, conducting detailed performance analyses, and advising leadership on revenue management. This position is for an analytical and creative person with solid interpersonal skills. This is an in office position based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Hotel Group Revenue Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Revenue Manager for multiple hotel properties
  • Experienced with Opera PMS, Duetto RMS, Lighthouse, and Synxis CRS preferred
  • Proven experience with rate and goal setting based on data and analysis of market trends
  • Experience presenting to and advising leadership on revenue strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinker

Hotel Group Revenue Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies for luxury hotel properties
  • Conduct detailed performance analysis and manage market trends
  • Guide hotel teams on segmentation strategy, rate optimization, and inventory management
  • Support deployment of PMS systems
  • Evaluate demand and advise on yield management
  • Present to leadership information and strategy behind revenue management
  • Other duties as assigned
