A beautiful resort in Door County, WI is looking for an outgoing, people-oriented Restaurant Manager!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in upscale restaurants/resorts
- Experience with hiring, scheduling, personnel management
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead the FOH team during service, manage reservations and seating
- Hire and train service staff to high standards of excellence
- Contribute to a positive work culture and build relationships with guests
- Staff scheduling
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
