Director Of Gaming Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must have 3–5 years experience working in Tribal Gaming
- You must have strong communication skills
- You must be focused on team development
- You must have a Bachelors Degree plus 10 years of gaming management experience
Director Of Gaming Responsibilities:
- You will be overseeing the gaming floor and team members
- You will identify ways to improve guest services
- You will identify short term & long range challenges & goals
- You will remain proactive in research while providing helpful recommendations to resolve issues
- You will ensure a safe and positive work environment
