Accounts Payable Coordinator
We are excited to partner with a prominent Private Equity firm in the Boston Metro Area that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Process and verify invoices to maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Manage the full invoice cycle—from receipt to payment
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Reporting Team to ensure data accuracy
- Research and resolve invoice/payment inquiries
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Tax
- Supervise and coordinate with offshore processing teams
- Partner with external service providers for audits and processing
- Support ad hoc financial projects as needed
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Background in General Accounting or relevant coursework
- Ability to thrive independently and in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Workday is a plus, but not required
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
- Bonus: 15% annually
- Profit Sharing: 14.3%
