We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for our client who is a leader in the automotive supplier market. This role will ensure chemical and product compliance over various facilities and lead the implementation of policies to ensure compliance and improve efficiencies.

EHS/Regulatory Affairs Manager Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship or EHS within chemical manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of regulations and standards
  • Experience with SDS authoring systems
  • Lean manufacturing experience or proven success with Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

EHS/Regulatory Affairs Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage all regulatory systems for authoring SDS and regulatory content
  • Ensure proper materials classifications and hazardous labeling and packaging for transportation
  • Implement training requirements for staff and conduct new hire orientation from regulatory perspective
  • Manage compliance with EPA, TSCA, Canada and other chemical control laws
  • Manage Emergency Response services
