Our Denver-based Client is looking for their next great Senior Project Manager. You come from a civil or heavy commercial construction background and are an agile, communicative leader with a critical eye for process.

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Operations, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in construction, field operations or industrial services
- Experience managing field projects over diverse regions a plus
- at least 5+ years in leadership
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Director of Operations Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple, concurrent project teams up to $200M to ensure safety, profitability and efficient delivery of projects to customers
- Lead change agent efforts to implement continuous improvement processes and lean mindsets
- Lead teams to develop and mentor emerging leaders
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Safety and supply Chain
- Own budgets and margin performance
