One of Georgia's most picturesque resort properties nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains is seeking a Resort Bar Manager/Mixologist to join its team and lead the beverage program for entire property, which includes both a fine dining resort and event space. Bar Manager/Mixologist Manager Responsibilities:

  • Full control of resort beverage program (ordering, inventory, cost control)
  • Create new/fresh/trendy libations for both the fine dining restaurant and resort guests
  • Managing/Supporting/Training other bartenders at the property
  • Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional, high level experience

Bar Manager/Mixologist Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of fine dining or luxury hotel experience in craft bartending and bar program management
  • Culinary knowledge
  • Experience in competitive bartending welcomed
  • Sommelier and Cicerone Certifications are also welcomed
  • Flexible work availability – weekends, evenings, holidays as needed
