Fine Dining General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Manhattan. This role requires a hospitality professional who thrives in luxury environments, leads by example, and is passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Fine Dining General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee, lead, and manage all aspects of daily operations with a strong and visible presence during service
- Uphold and elevate fine dining service standards through ongoing staff training and development
- Cultivate a professional, guest-first culture through mentorship, leadership, and clear communication
- Develop and implement SOPs that ensure operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency
- Maintain guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, handling VIP relationships, and monitoring service performance
- Collaborate with the culinary team and ownership to align service standards with menu execution and guest expectations
- Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and cost controls while identifying opportunities to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with NYC DOH health codes, labor laws, and all other regulatory requirements
Fine Dining General Manager Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Toast
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining Restaurant
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with a hands-on approach to service and operations
- Exceptional knowledge of hospitality standards and luxury service techniques
- Proven track record of team development, guest relations, and high-performance management
- Business acumen in budgeting, cost control, financial strategy, and reporting
- Sommelier certification or extensive wine/beverage knowledge is a strong plus
- Ability to build and maintain a positive and professional work culture
