Marketing Manager

Join a fast-moving, tech-enabled real estate lender that’s redefining real estate finance through tech-forward thinking and strong client relationships. We're looking for a self-directed Marketing Manager who can blend strategy and creativity to drive results and build community among real estate investors.

Marketing Manager Benefits and Compensation:

· $80K–$140K base salary depending on experience

· Discretionary performance bonus

· Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k)

· Collaborative, high-ownership culture (5 days/week in office)

Marketing Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· 2+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), content marketing (LI), and/or direct mail campaigns (start-up preferred)

· Host in-person events and work with sales team

· Ability to manage full campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to execution to reporting

· Strong reporting skills; comfortable generating weekly marketing reports with visuals (e.g., bar or pie charts)

· Passion for building community and positioning the brand as a trusted partner to real estate investors
