Our ideal Sales and Marketing Manager will work closely with the owners to provide clear vision, direction, and implementation of all marketing efforts. We are seeking an individual who is competent, proficient, and well versed in technology, e-commerce, digital marketing and CRM systems. 

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Create and implement marketing plans to drive brand awareness
  • Proven success increasing customer acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to retain current customers while increasing sales
  • Lead digital marketing efforts through social media, e-marketing, and SEO
  • Ability to organize and present equipment and product offers to clients
  • Successfully use CRM to manage leads, follow up, and evaluate close rates
  • Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, SEO, Google Ads and Analytics
  • Must be able to drive to job sites, events and client training or presentation opportunities

Sales and Marketing Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Bonus package with quarterly and annual payouts
