Commercial HVAC Foreman – Construction

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

HVAC Foreman Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HVAC crews on commercial construction sites
  • Ensure work meets code, specs, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Troubleshoot system issues; review plans and blueprints
  • Order/manage materials; train and mentor team members

HVAC Foreman Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Prior leadership or foreman role in construction
  • Strong knowledge of ductwork, piping, and controls
  • OSHA 10/30 preferred; valid license and transportation
  • Able to read blueprints and work in physical conditions

Preferred:

  • HVAC certifications or apprenticeship program
  • Experience with BMS systems
