Now Hiring! A stylish, fast-growing international café concept is searching for a dynamic Multi-Unit General Manager to lead two bustling locations in the Boston area.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is eager to contribute to a rising hospitality brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct the daily operations and guest experience across four busy units
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Uphold premium brand standards and service consistency
  • Drive financial performance and ensure operational excellence
  • Foster a welcoming, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing multiple locations or departments
  • 3–4 years in leadership roles within high-growth hospitality or consumer service sectors
  • Excellent communicator and motivator with strong team-building skills
  • Skilled at implementing systems and structures to support expansion
  • Comfortable with tech platforms, POS systems, and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated success in growing teams and scaling operations across multiple sites
