We are a fast-growing company specializing in drive-thru restaurant projects for nationally recognized QSR brands. From site selection to grand opening, we focus on speed, quality, and precision in delivering high-traffic locations that meet brand standards and exceed municipal requirements.
As we expand our portfolio across multiple markets, we are looking for a seasoned Director of Development Approvals to lead entitlement efforts and drive projects forward through local zoning, permitting, and regulatory channels.

Director of Development Approvals Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial construction entitlement role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Manager, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating with PENNDOT
- Ability to work independently
