Project Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work-related experience, with at least 3 years in construction project management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace G-suite, Excel, Smartsheet or similar PMO tools, Trello
- Experience dealing with international purchasing, import processes and customs
- Ensure the project timelines and deadlines are met
- Manage and execute project financials to keep within the budget
- Primary contact for local authorities, designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors.
- Strong communication skills.
Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus bonus
