We are hiring a Director of Technology for our Napa-based multi-brand retail operation. This role is on property and is not remote or hybrid. Candidates who thrive in this role will be highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of cross-platform integrations and daily system performance. A strong candidate will have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to connect business challenges to smart technical solutions.

Director of Technology Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience leading technology at the Director level

• Background in e-commerce within the retail or wholesale sector

• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, ecommerce APIs, inventory systems such as Linnworks, and fulfillment processes

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a technology-related field

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach; SQL proficiency is a plus

Director of Technology Preferred Background & Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, DropDay, and Recharge

• Experience creating operational dashboards and managing data flow across multiple departments
