Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for leadership, operations, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences? We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our dynamic, high-volume upscale casual restaurant. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with 10+ years of leadership experience, strong Back of House operations knowledge, and a deep understanding of bar management to join a successful and growing concept.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations, drive profitability, develop and lead a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence across the board.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success managing $5M+ annual revenue in an upscale casual, high-volume setting
• Strong culinary and kitchen operations background with hands-on BOH experience
• Deep knowledge of bar operations including inventory, mixology, and team training
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; a true motivator and culture builder
• Strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
