We are a dynamic hospitality group known for our portfolio of upscale, chef-driven restaurant concepts. Each brand within our group delivers an elevated dining experience, rooted in creativity, exceptional service, and culinary excellence. As we expand our footprint and elevate our brand presence, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution across all properties.
Director of Marketing Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Develop and lead multi-brand marketing strategies that drive revenue and enhance brand positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns) and manage agency/vendor relationships.
- Execute localized campaigns tailored to each restaurant concept’s unique audience and identity.
- Partner with chefs and operations teams to support menu rollouts, seasonal promotions, and event marketing.
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry (upscale or luxury experience preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-unit or multi-brand marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
