Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a leader in the kitchen
  • Strong leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator
  • A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
  • Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
