Housekeeping Assistant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service quality
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure consistency and attention to detail
- Manage inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records related to room status, inspections, maintenance issues, and staff performance
- 1-2 years of Housekeeping Experience,
