Housekeeping Assistant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
  • Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service quality
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure consistency and attention to detail
  • Manage inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services
  • Maintain records related to room status, inspections, maintenance issues, and staff performance
  • 1-2 years of Housekeeping Experience,
