Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years full service restaurant management experience
  • Excellent tenure
  • Understand financials (P & L)

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily FOH, BOH, and/or bar operations
  • Drive sales and manage costs
  • Develop and train staff
  • Possess and maintain high standards in guest service and food quality
