A respected and growing full-service hotel is searching for an inspiring and strategic General Manager to take the reins of daily operations, cultivate a dynamic team, and boost bottom-line performance. Your Role:

• Champion daily hotel operations with a hands-on leadership approach
• Drive group sales and event revenue with access to over 30,000 sq. ft. of premium banquet/event space
• Foster local partnerships and deepen relationships with repeat corporate clients
• Build, mentor, and retain a top-tier team across all departments
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards of cleanliness, service, and efficiency
• Collaborate with ownership and corporate teams to execute strategic initiatives and financial goals

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of hotel leadership experience; event or group sales experience is a major plus
• Strong track record of team development and operational success
• Clear, confident communication and decision-making skills
• A self-starter mindset with a drive to improve systems and results
• Degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred, but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
