A respected and growing full-service hotel is searching for an inspiring and strategic General Manager to take the reins of daily operations, cultivate a dynamic team, and boost bottom-line performance. This is a standout opportunity for a hospitality leader eager to make a measurable impact within a thriving multi-property portfolio.

Your Role:
- Champion daily hotel operations with a hands-on leadership approach
- Drive group sales and event revenue with access to over 30,000 sq. ft. of premium banquet/event space
- Foster local partnerships and deepen relationships with repeat corporate clients
- Build, mentor, and retain a top-tier team across all departments
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards of cleanliness, service, and efficiency
- Collaborate with ownership and corporate teams to execute strategic initiatives and financial goals
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of hotel leadership experience; event or group sales experience is a major plus
- Strong track record of team development and operational success
- Clear, confident communication and decision-making skills
- A self-starter mindset with a drive to improve systems and results
- Degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
