Food and Beverage Manager – Farm-to-Table Resort

Join a one-of-a-kind resort dedicated to exceptional service, sustainability, and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Manager with hotel or resort restaurant experience who leads from the floor, sets the gold standard for hospitality, and brings a passion for crafting memorable, farm-to-table dining moments.

Food and Beverage Manager Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • 100% Employer-Paid Health insurance (individuals & families), Vision insurance, and Life insurance
  • PTO: 44 vacation hours (includes sick time)

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hotel or resort food & beverage management experience
  • 3+ years of front-of-house and beverage leadership
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory controls, and event coordination
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and guest service capabilities
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Familiarity with TripleSeat, Cloudbeds, or similar event management software is a plus
