Café Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team that thrives on positivity and purpose
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for kindness, professionalism, and everyday excellence
  • Own scheduling, payroll coordination, and team operations with precision
  • Collaborate on hiring decisions and create a thoughtful onboarding experience
  • Be the heartbeat of the store — keeping the vibe strong, smooth, and supportive.

Café Manager Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage
  • Confident, calm decision-maker with strong communication chops
  • Skilled in scheduling, inventory systems, and operational flow
  • Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments with a love for people
  • Passionate about hospitality, coffee, and making everyday moments special
