We are seeking a Culinary Leader who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our establishment. Ours is a fully scratch kitchen. Knowledge of systems and processes and fluency in Spanish preferred. Looking to make an immediate hire.

Culinary Manager Benefits:

Culinary Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Oversee food prep to ensure outstanding food quality to restaurant specs
  • Monitor all BOH operations, establishing high standards for food safety and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory, storage, ordering, budget controls, menu development etc.:
  • Oversee all training, orientation and team member development.
