Chief Financial Officer
Shape the Future of a Fast-Growing Restaurant Group
We’re on the hunt for a strategic, hands-on CFO to help drive growth and scale for a multi-concept restaurant brand with both casual full-service and QSR locations. If you’re a numbers expert with serious industry cred and love turning data into strategy, this is your move.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all financial strategy, planning, and performance across the organization.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and multi-location P&Ls (30+ units).
- Guide M&A activity, expansion planning, and new division launches.
- Create policies that streamline ops and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner directly with the C-suite and ownership on key business decisions.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of senior finance experience in hospitality (QSR and full-service preferred).
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus).
- Deep knowledge of financial controls, 842 lease accounting, and audit procedures.
- Proven ability to present to execs, boards, and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Experience leading finance for multi-unit restaurant groups (bonus points for growth stories).
