AM Pastry Chef -What You’ll Do:

• Execute daily pastry production to the highest standards set by our Executive and Sous Pastry Chefs
• Work efficiently and consistently during early morning shifts (start time 2:30–4:00 AM)
• Maintain keen attention to baking quality, finishing, and presentation
• Follow recipes precisely (both written and verbal), using metric scaling (Kg/g)
• Bake items to proper internal temperature and desired appearance
• Meet production deadlines and maintain organized workflow
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times

AM Pastry Chef – What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years professional pastry or baking experience in a quality-driven kitchen
• Prior experience with early morning work (2:30–4:00 AM start) preferred
• Strong time management and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with classic doughs, batters, and commercial baking equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, and consistency
• Strong communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Passion for artisan food and a love for creating exceptional guest experiences
