Territory Sales Manager – High-Growth Startup

📍 Atlanta, GA (In-Person, Midtown)

💰 $100–120K base + uncapped commission + equity

🕒 Full-time | In-Office | Growth-stage startup

About the Role

We’re working with a fast-growing insurtech startup that’s changing the industry. With strong early traction and a growing partner base, they’re ready to scale—and they need a territory-based sales pro to help make it happen.

This is more than just a sales role. You’ll work closely with the executive team, own agency relationships, and help build the systems that support future growth. If you’re hungry, entrepreneurial, and thrive in fast-paced, in-person environments, this could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage agency partners, from onboarding through growth
  • Identify and close new independent agency partnerships
  • Coach partners, track performance, and optimize onboarding
  • Build out HubSpot systems and improve internal processes
  • Attend trade shows and agency visits regularly
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and market expansion

What They’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or territory management
  • Strong work ethic with real stories of hustle and ownership
  • Experience succeeding without big-brand recognition or structure
  • Coachable, positive, and ego-free
  • Fully committed to in-person work (5 days/week in Midtown ATL)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • HubSpot experience
  • Backgrounds like solar, fitness, furniture, or other high-output sales
  • Early-career high performers with strong initiative
