Director of Operations – Restaurant Group

Are you an experienced restaurant leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are a fast-growing hospitality group seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations and lead our teams to success. As a Director of Operations, you will be a brand ambassador who leads by example, drives operational excellence, and supports our mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-unit restaurant operations with annual revenues exceeding $8M
  • Provide leadership to teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations
  • Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Implement scalable systems to improve efficiency and performance
  • Foster a positive team culture and develop future leaders
  • Drive strategic growth and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service standards

Director of Operations – Requirements

  • Proven success managing high-volume restaurant operations ($8M+ annually)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams
  • Deep knowledge of food and beverage service, restaurant systems, and customer experience
  • Servant-leader mentality with a commitment to team development and guest satisfaction
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to problem-solve in dynamic environments
  • ServSafe and TIPS certifications are required
