We are looking for a hands-on, financially savvy leader for our Cafe in the City. We have a superb compensation package and a clear growth plan for you. Immediate interviews being conducted.
Cafe General Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $75-$100K based on experience
- 10% Bonus eligibility
- Health, Dental, and Vision benefits subsidized by the company
- 401 K with a substantial company match.
- PTO, paid holidays and a very generous allotment of Personal Days
Cafe General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior General Manager experience
- Fast Casual Experience preferred.
- Ability to be hands on during service – this is not an office job.
- Solid tenure in previous roles
- Demonstrated ability to create a culture of warmth and welcome for both internal and external guests
