We are looking for a hands-on, financially savvy leader for our Cafe in the City. We have a superb compensation package and a clear growth plan for you. Immediate interviews being conducted.

Cafe General Manager Benefits:

  • Base salary of $75-$100K based on experience
  • 10% Bonus eligibility
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits subsidized by the company
  • 401 K with a substantial company match.

Cafe General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior General Manager experience
  • Fast Casual Experience preferred.
  • Ability to be hands on during service – this is not an office job.
  • Solid tenure in previous roles
  • Demonstrated ability to create a culture of warmth and welcome for both internal and external guests
