Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Develop a robust training program to continue to elevate the concept and team
- Assist with P&L, Inventory, Purchasing etc.,
- Ensure adherence to all food and safety protocols
Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications:
- Successful background of leading and building strong teams
- 4+ years of full-service (beer, wine, spirits) restaurant management experience
- Thrives in fast-paced setting
- Must have upscale casual dining in your recent background
