Fast Food Manager | Utica, NY

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

We are currently seeking a professional, high-energy Fast Food Manager to join our team and help lead one of our flagship locations. Manager Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
  • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Drive sales and profitability through proactive cost control and staff performance
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent product quality and timely execution
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of all employees
  • Set clear expectations, coach team members, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the business

Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a manager in a fast food or quick-service environment (no job hoppers)
  • Proven track record in high-volume operations (2M+ in annual sales preferred)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent guest satisfaction
  • Ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
