We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead our dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others, and bring positive energy to your work, we’d love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Take charge of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and satisfied guests
- Lead, train, and support team members with a hands-on, approachable leadership style
- Create a warm, welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back
- Maintain a high standard of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong communication skills; bilingual in Chinese–Mandarin preferred (Cantonese is a plus)
- Solid work history with consistent roles (no frequent job changes)
- A natural leader who inspires teams and thrives on delivering great service
