Award wining upscale restaurant group with 4 locations looking for a Sous Chef. This high visibility role is perfect for a candidate that wants to be in the kitchen daily providing guidance and developing their staff. In addition, we are looking for individuals that can motivate both FOH and BOH employees and provide consistent energy, enthusiasm, and vision. If you aren't afraid to get dirty, love leading people, and want to work for a company that truly values its staff, we want to talk to you.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in kitchen leadership role experience.
  • High energy, positive attitude, autonomous, culture focused
  • A leader of others that can grow and develop teams and individuals
  • Ability to budget, forecast, and adjust to meet and exceed financial objectives
  • A desire to be always improving your stores and driving sales
  • Experience with Latin food and Spanish speaking candidates are highly desired

Sous Chef Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary
  • 50% employer covered benefits package
  • Paid vacation and PTO
