We are seeking a NYC high-level General Manager for our new project. We are opening a new ballroom event space, restaurant, and separate lounge. This candidate will understand how to oversee our new multifaceted operation including financials, steps of service, training, and development of staff. Also being able to work hand in hand with ownership and the know-how of opening up a new project. Terrific salary, benefits, and growth potential. Must come from a high-volume upscale background and be based in NYC

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
Adept at P&L analysis, food, labor, and inventory control
Ability to foster a true team environment where hard work is rewarded
Have a true passion for food service and hospitality
At least 4 years in a Restaurant General Manager position
Proven track record of leadership
