Industrial Engineer Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Data: labor, work methods, workflows
- Create, manage, and upgrade engineered labor standards through analytics and data such as KPI's
- Collaborate with different departments to lead projects in improvement for workflow, labor, and operations
- Market trends: utilizing best practices for operations, labor management, and processes
Industrial Engineer Requirements:
- At least 5+ yrs Industrial Engineer experience, retail or grocery operations
- Lean Six Sigma certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analytic tools (SQL, Access, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experienced with labor management & scheduling tools
- Experience in food related retail or grocery
- MUST be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
