Lead the operations of a high-energy, guest-focused indoor skydiving facility. As General Manager, you will drive local engagement, lead team performance, and ensure world-class safety and service standards.

General Manager – Responsibilities & Qualifications

Business Growth & Community Engagement

  • Act with an owner’s mindset to grow the business and team
  • Own and implement local B2B and community marketing efforts (20% outside sales)
  • Build partnerships with schools, hotels, event planners, and corporate clients
  • Drive group bookings, STEM programs, memberships, and repeat business
  • Develop and lead social media and outreach strategies
  • Train and model exceptional guest service and sales conversion skills
  • Analyze P&L and KPIs to drive profitability and address business gaps
  • Champion continuous improvement and efficiency across operations

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team (Ops Manager, Instructors, CSRs, STEM Educators)
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance-manage all staff
  • Collaborate closely with Ops and Training leads to meet goals across safety, EBITDA, NPS, and team retention

Safety & Operational Excellence

  • Enforce and model all safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Conduct regular safety audits and drive proactive risk mitigation
  • Ensure staff are trained, certified, and consistently executing safety-first practices
  • Address incidents swiftly and maintain rigorous compliance with all company standards

General Manager – Preferred Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years in a General Manager role with direct P&L responsibility
  • Proven success in customer experience, revenue generation, and staff development
  • Track record of improving operational processes and delivering financial results
  • Experience in community marketing and local business outreach
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
